Libby’s Hairdressing brings you the latest trends colour treatments alongside cutting, blow-drying, styling and finishing.

Libby’s Hairdressing brings you the latest trends colour treatments alongside cutting, blow-drying, styling and finishing.

We aim to make your treatment a memorable one, with relaxation into the massage chair during backwash at the sink forming part of the experience.
Balayage and Ombré are our most popular hair techniques in the salon. Both are a change from traditional highlights or a full head of colour.
Each one is a modern approach to highlighting hair. Both colouring treatments involve lightening the hair, taking you from dark to light.
They are easy to grow out when you want a change. They need little looking after so they’re great for women who want low maintenance, soft, natural looks for their hair.

Balayage

Balayage is a free hand hair-painting technique. Originating from the French word which means ‘to paint’, we paint dye on to the hair and in doing so achieve a naturally glamorous look with deep shades of colour throughout.

Ombré

Ombré is another French word meaning ‘shade’. Using this technique, we achieve a gradual look with the darker or natural shade at the roots and to mid-length, getting lighter towards the ends. We apply colour to the roots and bleach the ends of your hair to give a soft and feminine overall blend.
Bring your ideas for a new hair colour because we can customise the tones individually for you.
Alongside our colouring treatments we offer Olaplex hair strengthening to prevent hair damage and weakening.
Ask our advice about colour treatments and we’ll adapt to suit your individual style.
